Google has released in a blog post they have changed the name from Google Webmaster Tools to Google Search Console.

Google Webmaster Tools intended for webmasters, distributors, and business proprietors is changing to Google Search Console. Why? Google says in light of the fact that the tool is not only for webmasters, it is for specialists, small businesses, SEO specialists, advertisers, software engineers, designers, and Webmasters – yet webmasters are only one fragment of its client base. To make it more comprehensive and not to frighten off non-webmasters, Google renamed the tool to appeal to the mass.

The company makes it a lot easier to tie-in analytics tools with the Google Search Console for casual users.
